Kakinada city is the headquarters of East Godavari District.It is one of the fastest developing cities in Andhra Pradesh with a population of 3,25,985 (as per 2011 census). It is the 4th largest city by area and 7th largest by population in Andhra Pradesh. Kakinada over’s an area of 31.69 sq.km. It is located at 16.930N 82.220E.The 82-degrees east longitude passes through the city. Population Density within the city is 10,287(as per 2011 census). Kakinada has a tropical savanna climate with hot, humid weather most of the year. The average annual rainfall in the area is 1186 mm. Kakinada is the base for Oil and Natural Gas Corporation’s Eastern Offshore Asset. According to 2011 census, literacy rate of the city is 81%.Kakinada city has a diversified economic base. The pillars of the city’s economy are ports, marine, education, tourism, administration and trade, and commerce and industrial sectors.

The prizes will be announced on MyGov. And the winning entries will be showcased on MyGov as well as the website/s

Due date of Submission:

The participants should submit their reports by 15th August 2016 through mails to the mail id kakinadacorporation@gmail.com or by uploading the reports to MyGov.in.

Hi,
I would like to give my inputs towards Rejuvenation of Raja Tank Park.
It would be grateful if you provide statues of freedom fighters along with their life history as brief as possible, around the circle of Raja Tank Park. (This will be like statues present around the Tank bund of Hyderabad) It will provide much knowledge to the visitors mostly to the children to know about our history and it gives a great look to the park as well. Please consider my Idea. Thank you.

Smart city should have smart building, Complex & smart infrastructures this should have were the energy should be provided form geothermal power from renewal energy from earth. All the flats should be connected with optic fiber & with internet connection & should be interlinked with each flat with video door camera .Waste should be collected by underground gas system. Wife connective in complex. Free Wi-Fi services. For more detail check link

the smart city proposal under kakinada city is derived in park.the smart city proposal under basic constituent as traffic;park;wastemanagement.then the all matter is also derived in primary bases.then the park is designing in intermediate zone of this city.park is also designing in basic zone such as residential area and coastal part.then this is collinear in tourism department.
