Swach Bharat can only become reality only when clean up activity becomes mandatory for public.There should one day in a month for community clean up we do have swachta pakhwada but general public does not participates so mandatory service is the only way.This makes people responsible n collective cleaning removes hesitation and ridicule associated with cleaning.Uk USA Canada n manymore do this Ye mera kaam nahi hai attitude must dealt seriously fine for filth eg challan for not wearing helmet

I would like to urges you to discuss current water scarcity issue faced by India's various state, even through India have good amount of rain.
Happy to know now a days self help group and people sharing idea of rain water harvesting. Pls. advise people to self help and make own arrangement for rainwater harvesting.this is India's oldest technology to create their water reservoir and bring ground water level up.
This can help India .

Proposal to improve health insurance schemes: All such schemes may compulsorily be redesigned (may be even priced upward) to include preventive and precautionary healthcare, of course, with co-payments by the beneficiary (not only depending on the number of visits to selective medical facilities, but also depending on the costs involved in medical checkup). Co-payments may be subsidized to some extent for poor people. Both existing & proposed forms may prevail at beginning to facilitate choice.

आज पीने के पानी की कमी है और फ्यूचर में और अधिक होगी । देश के सभी नाले एक करना जरूरी है कोई भी नाला नदी में न गिरे । सभी नदियों को एक साथ जोड़ा जाना चाहिए। जब नदी की तरह नाले जोड़ दिए जाएंगे और उन्ही को साफ करके उसके पानी से ही उसको आगे बढ़ाना सिंचाई के लिए उपयोग हो न कि उनको नदी में डाल कर नदी की सफाई करने की कोशिश होती रहे। नदी में बाद आने पर उसका पानी बड़े गहरे तालाब में डालने के प्रबंध नदी में किसी भी तरह की गंदगी नाले जाने पर प्रतिबंध हो । बाढ़ आने पर दूसरी नदियो में पानी ट्रांस्फर हो।

In consequence, as financial way, pension of PSU employee should be minimum 25,000 rupees. As social way, reservation should be given who is needy or deserving person. Scholarship, also include family scholarship, is best way to strength the poor people as compared to reservation and difference is that first one build knowledge and second is short method.

While B, who is retired from government education department, is getting thirty thousand per month pension (30,000/-). In C & D case, after 5 to 6 years, promotion list had been published. D is promoted due to reservation in promotion while D has lower rank as compared to C. D is promoted. C became junior of D. (part2 )

One person, A, got the job in public sector unit as engineer in general category. One person, B, got the job in education sector as a teacher in government school in reserved category. A has son, C, who prepared for the job. B has son who, D, also prepared for the job. Both C & D got the job in same company and in the same post. C got higher rank as compared to D.
