U.N. General Assembly recently adopted a resolution and declared 2023 as the “International Year of Millets”.

In order to promote awareness about the devastating effects of single-use plastics and to invite students’ creative instincts and encouraging them to express their ideas about the ways to eliminate single use plastics, National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) under the aegis of Ministry of Education, Government of India organized a Poster Making competition on the theme – “Elimination of Single Use Plastics”

On commemorating the 75th year of India’s Independence celebrating it as “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav”. To celebrate Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav a “Story Writing Competition on the occasion of National Unity Day” was organized by NCERT, in collaboration with Ministry of Education, Govt. of India and MyGov team in the month of September 2021
